Character creation UI not optimized for 16:10 resolutions

On a 16:10 (1680x1050) display (and possibly other "non 16:9" resolutions), on the character creation screens some parts of UI on the left and right side are cut off.
Issues are mainly on Backgrounds screen and Attributes screen - especially on Atrributes screen it is not possible to decrease points on attributes because the buttons are outside of the screen:

It works fine with my 2560:1080.
