City has researched everything that needed. I can successfully enchant Chain Mail Helmet, Chain Mail Gauntlets and Chain Mail Boots, but not armor.
Button just do nothing when you place it into enchantment slot.

Updated drivers through 'clean install' to version 272.12. It did nothing. Map still not works.

If you move item in inventory when mining - you change hammer to current weapon.

And somehow I again can't mount my horse without reloging.

@GamerSeuss I think you completely wrong.
For long time using it - I found only one game that had exactly issue with Win 8.1 - and it is issue with sound only (it plays completely mute).
