My guild is going to be a casual guild that will hopefully have a 'department' for every type of play style (PvE, PvP, RP, Dungeons, Farming, Crafting, etc.) so anyone can jump back and forth. But at the same time, there is no requirement to participate in anything, it is just to make it convenient for the people that do wish to participate.
