I lead the guild Trinova Humanities, and I'm interested in trying to clear out a haunted/abandoned town area and building that up into a large, hopefully good-looking town. If and when it becomes a town where someone can become governor, I would make it a free, neutral town where anyone who isn't the evil alignment can visit and trade with anyone else.I know we haven't seen much about haunted areas and hamlets, but I'm doing this just so we can test those things if they exist in Alpha 1.
