Demoting a guild member doesn't stick, after relogging the member returns to being an officer.

I just made a mithril scimitar and the weapon material bonus for mithril states a +8% magic damage increase but it's not registering. My magic damage has not increased at all and there is no tooltip change in my magic damage bonus.
