what about the people who can't play the game at all from day 1 of the test because of some "unsupported shaders" or something like that?

So... i downloaded the game, logged in and created my character. but when i click play i get stuck a bit on the "connecting to server screen" and then it sends me back to character selection screen and nothing happens.
