Can´t access the world after successfull logged in

Hey devs or/and supporter,
Game client is saying the following after hitting the the button to enter the game world::

"Login failed
Your character ID XXX is already logged in.the world. If you´ve logged out recently, you may have to wait for it to be removed from the world."

Hmmm, logged out at around 13:00 pm today.....

Could you pls have a look onto this!
