Inverse Slow-Down

A Direwolf bit me, I got the bear-trap icon above my head. I did not slow down.
Then the icon disappeared and I slowed down. Then after the direwolf bit me again a few minutes later, I got the icon again and my speed was normal. After the icon disappeared I became slow again.This looks to be inverse.
