Some monsters are unbalanced against melee

Monsters like storm and ice elemental, are hard to solo melee, especially the greater versions. But they can be easily kited and killed solo ranged.
Same is true for high DPS monsters like all dragon forms or spider lich. They are not a problem ranged with the right build, but very tough in melee.You cannot really buff melee, that cannot be balanced in PVP. But you can change the script of monsters to calm a bit down while engaged in melee.
