Scimitar not usable as dex-player

The dmg attribute of Scimitar is str | dex.
The Scimitar belongs to the Swordsmanship School.
ALL abilities of the Swordsmanship rely on str.
Why?

Please change the scaling attributes of these abilities to str | dex too.
