Game is unplayable after last patch... literally

After the recipe patch as a red I cannot access a single bank anywhere in the world, not the town I'm resident in and none of the starting cities.
I cant access my gold to travel. I cant access my items stored throughout the world. I cant play.
Wont be playing beta until the punishment for being red is drastically reduced. The state of the current game right now is two pve planets and demon planet.
