shadow dance damage too low with the stealth cap 150

hello currently shadow dance drains 40 mana per second and can add 150/4 pure damage to your attacks which is very low tbh, considering you have to waste a bar slot and lose 40 mana per second. Allowing for higher stealth cap or fixing the stealth multiplier would be nice
