Master Wizard ricochet effect doesn't cause aggro

Testing the effectiveness of Master Wizard Talent I discovered that if I was out of range of a target and attacked one close to me the ricochet bounce didn't cause the 2nd mob out of my range to aggro. This may also be an issue that could lead to new player protection being ignored. Not sure on the new player protection part.
