[FRAC-2272] Weapon damage increase glitch, and walking through walls

[MaxFlex]

First is the 0% damage increase.
I enchanted 2 levels of Damage increase, and the rapier is built from steel.

Second is me walking through walls, i cant upload a video into here but, i was able to walk through the blacksmith building walls.
