Unable to chat ingame or use any keyboard binds

Steps to reproduce:
- Get on a horse
- Attach a wagon
- Interact with Trading post. (Buy or Sell or put resources into the market or take resources out of the market)
- Close the menu
- Try to get down the horse by pressing A (Nothing happens)
- Try to hit ENTER key for chatting. (Nothing Happens)
- Press Q (Nothing Happens)
- Hit ESC key, nothing happens.
- Logout and Login. Everything works.
I have been able to consistently reproduce this issue by following these steps.
