Mana regen just keeps going up

Not sure when this happened, so I cant start to guess how, but I enchanted some primal gear with mana regen, and then I noticed I had over 1k mana regen a second.
I figured it was a visual bug but no I really did regen that much nearly instantly. Took of gear to see if it was one piece bugging it or whatever, but when I took an armor piece off Mana regen went up, then I put it on and it went up again.
This happened with all four pieces of armor.

this also occurs with equipment that have endurance regen on them
