Big deco tree inside plot (plz remove)

Heya, ive returned and i just got a plot (payed 2000g). After (and before my coffee) i ve realised why this plot was vacant. There is a big tree inside it.

Can you please remove it tyvm. Location NE of Shire (2585W 592N - Terra)
