Login Failed - Already Logged IN

Purchased game a couple hours ago to try it out. Downloaded. Logged in and made a toon. Game started and looked like starter zone maybe Connection to Server flashed over toon head a few times and BAM back to character screen.
Now getting Login Failed. Character ID 16030 already logged in. Tried a new toon, no dice. Tried starting over no dice.
Issue solid for past 2 hours. Wonderful. Lets see how long support takes.
