Good PvP Defensive Build

I need to journey over to the land of psychopaths and sadness. I'm not really a twitch monkey, so the best I can hope for is a build that allows me to PvE but also allows for escape. Do any reds care to share some builds that are effective?
Must have abilities?

mana drain
glass barrier/ele aura that monster is weak to
then supplement with whatever dps/cc you have unlockYou shouldnt insult people and then ask them for help in the same sentence. Very bizarre behavior.

It is only meant in fun.
I've nothing personal against PvP players or reds.
