impassable road along road to Starleaf Dale

The road that is coming SE from the coast into Starleaf dale has a wall that makes the main paved road impassable. 1050 W 2704 N

Just confirming this one.
Visually there is a road, but mechanically the ridge is still there blocking the way.
A workaround is to use the dirt road a bit north of there.

just seems like it needs to be flattened out. Can confirm that particular road is impossible (and impassible)
