IT'S DAY 7 ALREADY AND I CANT PLAY FREELY

I downloaded Fractured this afternoon (02/06/2020) and tried to play right now, almost. But it's was almost 02/07. And I can't access the game T.T why is this happening!? Help me!!!!

@Indiglo1 I forgot to mention... I don't have a pledge payment... But it's already day 7 and I can't freely play, like the advertisement in my email said!
