Transfer not working.

My transfer code apparently doesnt work. i have played and bought the game when it was through glyph. but it wont let me transfer over. i want to play again but dont want to buy it again if i already own it.
anyone got any help with this?

If it says that the transfer code is wrong, then you migrated the wrong account.
Mind that Glyph will generate the transfer token even on accounts without access to Fractured, but obviously those codes will then give an error during the migration process.
