This ^^^ is my point. Fractured prides itself on being dynamic, which is why I think it'd be cool to allow all armor classes to cast spells. In order to balance it certain costs would have to be enacted, such as increased mana cost or lower spell strength rewarding those at lower armor levels with better spellcasting while not entirely prohibiting someone with heavy or medium armor from doing so altogether.

Q for the devs: Housing?
So at this point I am very much on board with this game and plan to invest real money into it. I'm probably going to buy the champion pack before A2-T2 begins but first there's something I want to clear the air on.
There's obviously different housing blueprints available to players, including special 'founder' blueprints available to those who purchase a pack from the store. My question is, have these founder blueprints been made/drawn up yet? I don't much care about the design of the build itself, I'm confident the devs will do a great job on that. I was just wondering if we could get a display of the actual size of some of the constructs (cottage vs villa vs palace) so we know what we're buying with our money. My primary concern being that if I spend the extra money for the palace will it be something viable for building inside of a city, or will it simply be too large?

Shadow WalkI'd love to know what these do, they all sound pretty neat tbh. I'm thinking Shadow Walk is the basic stealth ability, allowing you to turn invisible for x amount of time. Maybe Shadow step is a sort of 'blink' ability, similar to the one in Dishonored/Overwatch?
Not really sure about Shadow Dance, sounds like it could be more combat than utility-oriented?

Suggestion: Different spells have different armor requirements
So I was recently watching one of the Twitch streams and realized that you can only cast spells while wearing light armor. While I totally agree this makes sense as far as casting traditional mage-type spells (fireballs and such), I would maybe consider making some smaller spells/cantrips accessible at the medium armor level. By smaller spells I means things similar in nature to the "signs" used in the Witcher games and that sort of thing. Or, as an alternative solution, make all spells accessible at all armor classes but make the mana requirements go up a lot for each piece of medium/heavy armor equipped.
Thoughts, anyone?

A Question About Stealth & Crime
As you can probably tell by my Dark Souls Black Hand avatar, I’m really into stealth/thievery/assassination mechanics in video games. Each game handles this stuff differently, and for me personally it’s a defining aspect of the game that determines how I build my character.
I’ve read all the news pieces, and seeing as how you’ve already done your spotlight on crime I’d assume you’re done releasing any further info on it. However, one thing I didn’t see you talk about was how stealth and crime tie in to one another in Fractured. For example, can I steal an NPC’s things without being caught and attacked? Can I assassinate a player/NPC without being flagged as a criminal? I plan on playing a human assassin, and this is a big thing for me. Could I hit someone in a town with a poison dart and kill them without being detected? Backstab another player in a remote ally so no alarm is raised? Stuff like this would be cool to know in advance
P.S- I’m super excited for this game! I’m hoping this releases before next summer so I can play it on my break without getting too distracted from college :))
