Man. I can't say I'm as hyped about this game as I once was, but I do actually feel optimistic for the first time in a while. Keep it up guys!

RE: Does anyone wonder if one race will be stronger in pve/pvp?
Demons have more direct buffs (blood demons for magic, shadow demons for stealth, hellfire demons for direct physical combat), beastmen have their primal forms, and humans have advanced technologies. It should all be pretty well balanced.

RE: Daily Message posting
It's only spammy and pointless if you post content that's spammy and pointless. It's not a problem with the quest, it's a problem with people who have nothing interesting to say and so they resort to spamming.

RE: [Suggestions] Tournament in Towns + Governor features
*Allow to banish people - Meaning not letting them in and or their not allowed there. The person can still try and sneak into the town, but if caught can get killed or arrested.
That should be simple enough to implement. It would be nice if we could ban entire guilds from our cities, as well.
*Tournaments - I think it'll be a cool feature if towns can host their own tourneys and people can come to watch or take part in it.
We already have a thread about arenas and tournaments here, where it's discussed in more depth.
*Governor's employees - It'll also be a cool feature if Governors can give people ranks like the guild system. You'll have the top of the line Governor then below them a second in-command or a Vice Governor to help the Governor maintain the town.
Since cities belong to guilds, having those ranks in the guild that governs the city should be enough. There's no need for two separate ranking systems.
*Marketplace - I think the developers already said this in their blogs or something along the lines, but it'll be cool to build like a little marketplace area in your town and have merchants come to sell their items and or have your very own shops open where the Governor can sell the items his or anyone in his guild may put in the shop. Also, players can buy the items and or sell the items in the shops too.
That's almost certainly confirmed. We know trading will play a huge role in Fractured, and there won't be global auction houses, so local marketplaces are really the only logical step.
*Laws - I think the developers set this in place already in the blogs, but just to remind them to try and give players who own towns to give them a wide variety of laws to choose.
City-specific laws are indeed already confirmed, although it's possible they'll only apply on Syndesia. To quote the Crime Spotlight:
The degree of protection enjoyed by players on Syndesia is location-dependent, and varies according to the laws established by the guild in possession of each town and its surrounding territory.
Tartaros is supposed to be a completely lawless planet, and crime is already heavily prosecuted on all of Arboreus, so there's no need for additional city laws.
*Attacking a Town and taking it over - Don't know if it is possible to attack other towns, and then take it over. But, I think you can attack towns and ruin it but not take it over completely. It'll be very cool if you could take over a town and or etc, but please don't let it be like Albion Online where you have GvGs and etc. It's just asking for trouble.
GvG will definitely be a thing, although not identical to Albion. City conquest will be discussed in the next Spotlight, so we should get some details then.
*Guards - I just don't mean players, but maybe if the Governor have good relations and or have the money for it. They can buy AI guards to guard their Town from intruders or trouble makers when the Governor or anyone else who was assign to guard the town isn't online.
NPC guards are already confirmed:
...At least, being Evil is not enough to get you fully cast out of society. Guards on Syndesia let you enter towns, for instance...
*Upgrading the town - Maybe have a feature to upgrade a town or at least expand it instead of just being a small little town.
Upgrading cities will almost certainly be possible. It hasn't really been discussed in a Spotlight so far, but we've been told some basics:
Buildings, crop fields, etc can be upgraded. Houses can be decorated. Players who decide to manage their own city can determine the layout, where houses and pavement will be and more.
There's a bit more information in Vengu's compilation thread, and hopefully, we'll hear more about this in the upcoming Spotlight.

RE: Pre-alpha Key, question.
Players who have won one or more drawings, disregarding whether they are in the TOP X or not. The more you’ve won, the more likely it is, but even one is enough to have chance!
The more you win, the more likely it is you'll get a key. It's not guaranteed. (Source here)

RE: Will There Be Any Weather Restriction?
Food and drinks. You start your journey to the largest town of the realm. Just like fighting, travelling accelerates the need to feed yourself. While some regions are rich with edible resources and you can hope to find food on the way, this one is quite bare and requires adventures to plan their trip wisely. You open your bag, and realize there’s only a slice of hardtack in it – and this is not LOTR. Damn!
Clothing. This time, you’ve brought the perfect quantity of food and water with you and you’re sure you’ll reach your destination with ease… but you’ve forgotten you have to cross a mountain pass in the meantime. Your journey ends up with a new human popsicle on the way, reminding travelers that on Fractured equipment doesn’t matter in combat only.
Rest. You won’t get fooled this time. You have plenty food, water and all the clothing you need. A little too much, in fact. You’re heavy, and you’re tiring quickly. When your legs refuse to move any longer, you set up a makeshift bed, feast aplenty and close your eyes for a shirt sleep – but your lame camp offers little protection, so a pack of wolves ends up feasting on you. Too bad!^ From the Travels Spotlight. Those will be the three main things to keep in mind while traveling in Fractured.

RE: Pre-alpha Key, question.
We don't know exactly how many testers they'll need, but it'll be over 100 and less than 1000. Keep checking the leaderboard, a higher rank means a better chance to get into the pre-alpha. If you get into the top 100, it's almost guaranteed you'll get in.
Weekly drawing winners are more likely to receive a key as well.

RE: +400 skills at release or sooner?
I assume they'll add the rest sometime during beta. All abilities need to be tested for bugs and such before the official release.

RE: In Game Memorial for Players that Die as a Suggestion
Not in-game deaths. Real life deaths.
-
RE: So i prefer no slaves because it would be to easy but can we save them?
I doubt there will be camp evolution, since realistically, most dungeons will probably be cleared at the very least a few times a day, so it would rarely see any use. The NPC rescuing idea might work though, it could be an interesting little random event.

RE: FRACTURED APP?
This forum is based on NodeBB. There's no official mobile app for NodeBB, but there's one here, so it would likely be possible to make one for Fractured. The Foundation probably wouldn't be a part of the app though, since that's unique to Fractured and separate from the forum. It could be done, but the devs have no reason to focus on that instead of making the actual game.

RE: About taming: Will it be anything like it was in UO?
You can tame multiple pets, how many depends on your Charisma stat. I don't think we've been told anything about leveling them, but seeing as players and mobs don't have levels in Fractured, I doubt pets will have them either.

RE: In Game Memorial for Players that Die as a Suggestion
At the very least, making funeral garbs available in the cash shop should be simple enough. It'd probably be for the best if they gave large debuffs to max health or something, to stop people from using them casually as cool-looking black robes. Wearing funeral robes for combat seems disrespectful, anyway.
I'm sorry for your loss.

RE: I don't get the abilities
Even the rank 1 abilities probably won't be random, since a few days after alpha comes out, someone will almost certainly make a thread with a list of all the different abilities and their requirements. Then there will be wikis and such.
-
RE: Ars Goetia - ARGO: The Demon Merchant Guild
We still have a lot of time left before the game is released, so there's no need to hurry with our profiles at the moment. Welcome!
-
RE: I don't get the abilities
They won't be random, what makes you think that? Did you read the Knowledge spotlight?
-
RE: How broad will the customization of characters be like are qe talking perfect world level customizations or world of warcraft level?
Gender, skin colour, most likely hair style/colour. I wouldn't bet on getting much more than that from an isometric game like this one. Then there's of course gear, which will most likely be the primary distinguishing characteristic for players other than their race.
-
RE: CRAFTING
Pretty much everything in this game is crafted. Monsters only drop materials, so there's no way to get a weapon other than crafting one or buying one from someone who crafted it. Same thing with other gear, probably building materials, etc.

RE: Development Question
Besides, as far as I'm aware, SpatialOS only supports C#. I'm not 100% sure, but that's how I remember it.
