Okay: Edit for this: "If there are gods" to "Since there are gods" and it's not a real hypothetical question. I'm merely playing with an idea. What do you think about being able to see the actual gods in game? And discovering secrets is always fun.

Gods, Gates, and Goods
I hope this is the right area for this idea. I was reading some other posts that got me thinking. If there are gods, and they can affect Karma/abilities, they should also be able to affect the natural world(s) and materials.
Wouldn't it be cool if, say after a divine quests completes, you get to visit the home of the specific god and see them? Then you would be 'bestowed' your prize. Then, afterwards, they would ask you a question with three answers, and depending on the answer, they would also give you a 'key' that literally opened a door or portal at a specific location/time/setting that has a description you have to decipher.
Once deciphered, the key would become usable and a gate would open for you only. A one-time use. Inside the gate could be a game, maze, history, ruins, some kind of secret that with the correct action would reward you with a title, a pet, costume, mount, or some other goody. Weapon skins would be really nice.
This secret area could be tied to the history of the origin of the gods, why they couldn't stop the world from splitting, etc. What does everyone else think?

RE: Friendly Fire
If they kept up friendly fire it would be interesting. Then one could plan out real battle defences and strategies. Things like attack and defences positions and how healers would be used. Oh, this would be better actually. Raids would be so chaotic, best choice as other games I've found don't do this. Please don't change this.

RE: End-Game content
In this case there is goal fulfillment like skills, feats, acheivements, exploration, knowledge, titles, dungeons, raiding, and probably mount/pet/costume collections.
You can also start a guild, do trade runs, mercenary work, gain a God's questline, play a demon to become an angel, start an interplanetary war, roleplay, find game secrets, make a wiki, gain YouTube followers, do any and all storylines.
If all else fails, make some game suggestions on your ideas to the dev's for storyline content after they've fleshed out the sandbox experience. At the end of the day, the end game of a sandbox is what you make it.

Stealing Action
Hi, I was wondering about a stealing function in the game and didnt see anyone cover this.
In what regards has this been thought of? Like in PVP if a negative karma person kills another, can they loot that body and what do they pick up?
Can items be looted from your own inventory?
Can items be looted from your house?
Can you hire NPC guards to protect your home? Like the carpenter contract, but for mercenaries.
Can your house lock and how do you approve/deny another's entrance?
