No reconnection during ping growth

I have decent ping right after entering the game, 100-150ms which is fully playable. But after 10-15 mins of gameplay it is growing up to 1000+ms and never returning back. After another minute everything in the game world (including game character) disappearing, all knowledges become discovered & observable. Only complete restart helps since the logout button is not working and game seems to not even trying to restore working state
