Objects at home disappear randomly

Has anyone else had the issue where the benches or tanning tubs just randomly disappear?
I've had to rebuild a few times and for some reason every time i log back in they're gone.
I understand the campfires have a lifespan i'm just curious if the same rule applies to any other objects as well?Also, i've found it extremely easy to accidentally click on you bed or chest and click remove.
Hopefully a secondary prompt is implemented soon for that.- Bhan
