Global chat not working and settlements not showing on the map.

Hi, I just noticed that the global chat doesn't seem to be working. In addition to this, settlements are also not showing on the map. I couldn't build a smelter on my property.

@tobius89 mine is also down too and I can't use a tailors bench anymore either looks like a lot of stuff got messed up over night
