Mage Armor with Shields.

Mage Armor should be able to be utilized with shields in order to support a defensive spell caster build.
Currently the shield is barely used by anyone due to the heavy limitations placed on it.
Additionally a one handed "wand" to be able to cast with would be a nice addition to the game so players aren't forced to go unarmed with a shield to cast.

I would even accept a damage loss as a mage with a shield for that extra defense option.
Love the idea of a 1h caster weapon. Wand, sceptor, frog, anything haha
